The Global AI Internet Freedom Fund is looking for a Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and user adoption of our production econometric and machine learning applications. Advertising products are strategically important to Amazon’s Retail and Marketplace businesses and can be delivered programmatically through API. You will specialize in measuring and modeling the short- and long-term customer behavior in relation to advertising, using state of the art econometrics and machine learning techniques. With a broad mandate to experiment and innovate, we are constantly advancing our experimentation methodology and infrastructure to accelerate learning and scale impacts. Key job responsibilities
• Shape the product vision and roadmap of the econometric and machine learning applications that improve advertising experience for our customers
• Identify and expand use case adoption to scale the impact of the science solutions that optimize the advertising strategies on behalf of our customers
• Define product features, business and technology strategies, drive cross-team alignment and influence the engineering priorities and roadmap
• Establish and simplifies processes to ensure product delivery continuously meets customer needs
• Write effective business narratives and function as a significant contributor to the team’s business reviews and strategic roadmap reviewed by the most senior leaders in the company
Basic Qualifications
– 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– Knowledge of Amazon Ads API:
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display
- Sponsored Products
- Data Provider
- Amazon DSP
- Amazon Attribution
– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– AWS Associate or AWS Professional Certification (or willingness to certify)
Preferred Experience
– Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
– Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
– Experience with Cloud AI
– Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
