The Global AI Internet Freedom Fund is seeking a Growth & AI Advertising Associate to help acquire customers for aitium® and our broader AI, marketplace, and cloud-based services.
This role combines business development with paid advertising. You will identify prospective customers, manage outreach and sales opportunities, operate digital advertising campaigns, and use AI and automation to improve customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective customers and partners.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner channels.
- Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-up in the CRM.
- Coordinate discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial follow-up.
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign audiences, keywords, bids, budgets, creative tests, and landing-page coordination.
- Use generative AI to develop advertising copy, outreach messages, campaign concepts, and testing variations.
- Track pipeline and advertising metrics, including conversion rates, customer-acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, and revenue.
- Prepare weekly pipeline forecasts and campaign-performance reports.
- Develop relationships with Amazon sellers, suppliers, agencies, enterprises, and technology partners.
- Share structured customer and market feedback with the Product Operations Associate.
- Work with the Junior Full-Stack Engineer when campaigns or sales workflows require technical integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of experience in business development, digital advertising, growth marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- Experience prospecting for new business or managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, advertising platforms, and performance reporting.
- Experience using generative AI for marketing, advertising, research, or customer outreach.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Amazon Ads, Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Business, or AWS.
- Experience selling or marketing SaaS, AI, ecommerce, or marketplace services.
- Familiarity with advertising APIs, automation tools, or basic scripting.
- Experience working with B2B customers or enterprise procurement teams.
