Director of Product

Gaiiff.com is a leading platform in Marketplace AI, focused on delivering top-tier solutions to our customers. Our mission is to Democratize AI. We are seeking a Head of Product to oversee product development and strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. 

Position Overview: 

The Product Director / Manager will lead corporate product management, develop the product vision, and execute our product strategy. This role requires a leader with an in-depth understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements, and a track record of bringing innovative products to market and scaling them effectively. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Hire and mentor a product management team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely product releases.
  • Work with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and meet customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, including revenue growth or margin expansion.
  • Monthly reporting for our Partnership with AWS
  • Manage CRM operations to ensure effective customer relationship management.
  • Manage the product development budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Attend company meetings.
  • Report directly to the Founder and CIO.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with demonstrable leadership experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Private Equity, AI and Ecommerce and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • AWS Certifications (or willingness to certify).
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of software development processes.
